In respect
of all goods at the Auction, the highest
accepted bidder shall be the
purchaser. The Auctioneer has
the
right to control and regulate the bidding
and may withdraw
any
goods from the auction at any time before
the auction. On the fall of
the hammer, each sale shall
be finalized and irrevocably
concluded therefore
the risks and benefits of
the goods shall be passed to
the purchaser. In the event
of
a dispute the
auctioneer may account a
purchaser, or he/she
has the right to re-auction the
lot. The auctioneer is not responsible for any error.
The purchaser shall
be deemed to and have inspected
and examined the goods which they
purchase prior to the auction. All sales are
final and sold “AS
IS’’ and therefore the
onus shall rest upon
the purchaser to appoint
themselves with the condition and state of
the goods purchased by
them neither the
Seller of
the goods / or the Auctioneer waivers any warranties or guarantees
or
make any representation in regard to the condition
and state of the goods on auction.
All goods sold to the Purchaser
on Auction remains on auction
premises at the owner’s risk.
The Auction
only
give possession of the goods sold after full payment
reflects in the Auctioneers account. Failure to comply with any conditions of the sale within
the prescribed time (48Hours) forty-eight hours.
Customized Auctions reserve the
right to re-sell the goods at the auction,
if in the event the purchaser decides to
cancel any goods, the
purchaser will be
liable to pay a cancellation
fee of (20%) twenty percent
of the bid price. The purchaser
shall
be bound by any announcements made by
the auctioneer at the commencement
of and during the auction, irrespective of whether
he/she is present at
the time of such announcements are made
for all purposes
including
litigation relating to and arising from these
conditions. Bid rigging, rings and collusions is a crime and a violation of
anti-trust laws, and will not be
tolerated. Anyone found engaged in this activity will have
their bidding privileges permanently revoked and
will be reported to the authorities
which could result in
prosecution.
SURETY
In the event of purchasing
any goods at the auction on behalf of
any
other person, company or other
entities, such parties will be bound
as surety and co–
co-principal debtor for all goods purchased at the auction. The purchaser hereby
acknowledges and
confirms that he/ she has
read and understood all
the aforementioned terms and conditions
and therefore binds themselves
and
gives
surety for any principle on whose behalf he/she may be purchasing
the
goods for, from the Auction. By submitting the
registration form to bid, I/We
accept and are bind to all the Terms
and Conditions as set out above.
The purchaser
acknowledges that all information
is true on the registration form.
